24th African World Festival
August 18, 19, and 20th, 2006

African World Festival is Detroit's largest ethnic festival, attracting over 1.5 million visitors annually.  The festival is held on Detroit's Riverfront at the beautiful Philip Hart Plaza.

Visit us the First Sunday of each month, FREE.  Thanks to the generosity of Target Corporation, admission will be free of charge, beginning on Sunday, July 2, 2006 and continuing each First Sunday through July 1, 2007.  Don't miss this great opportunity for the entire family to experience the Wright Museum.
